Let's find your dream home

"Outstanding experience from start to finish. Steve brought strong corporate leadership discipline and managed an urgent timeline across time zones with ease, and delivered exceptional service throughout. Jamie enabled us to move quickly with a same-day video walkthrough as soon as we found the listing. In a highly competitive situation with multiple bidders, Steve negotiated effectively to secure the winning offer, along with valuable extras. Detail-oriented, responsive, and results-driven. Highly recommend The Gray Door Group."

"Working with Steve and Jamie on the sell of our lake home was seamless! The professionalism, attention to detail and market knowledge was over the top and one of the many factors that helped secure a contract the first week on the market. We anticipated a few bumps along the way but everything went along as planned and we were able to have a quick closing."

"The Gray Door Group Realtors are the best. After 2 days listed we had 4 offers. In less than a week ir was done. five stars all the way. Thanks for your help."

"Steve has been a pleasure to work with during my transaction. Thank you!"

"Steve was great from the start in helping us sell the house we inherited. He made being in a different state altogether easier. Steve always kept us up to date on everything and the house sold fast."

"I had a great experience working with Steve and Jamie to sell my home. They were always quick to respond, easy to work with, and made the process feel simple and stress-free. I truly appreciated their support and professionalism every step of the way."

"As a realtor in Florida, I was pretty particular to who I was going to use when we were purchasing our dream lake house on Lake Sinclair. Well Steve and Jamie delivered! I think what stands out the most for me is their patience and understanding of what we were looking for and finding the perfect home. Trust me we weren’t the easiest either. We wanted it all but on a budget! They found it though! We are so happy and love our lake house! Honestly can’t say thank you enough!"

"Hands down, the best experience with buying a home. Steve took the time to learn what features we were looking for in a home. He never pressured us about any houses, was always available for questions, and his honest input was always appreciated. With any concerns he would steer us in the right direction. After a year of searching, Steve called us from HIS vacation, with a house that checked off all the boxes to become our forever home. When starting the process Steve said it was more of becoming family than a selling a house. We are so happy and lucky to have chosen the Gray Door Group as our realtors, who’ve now become friends. Absolutely the best people to work with."

"I used Steve and Jamie for both buying and selling my house. They walked me through the process on both ends and introduced me to a group (brokers, lawyers, etc) that worked just as hard to lead me through the entire process. My advice is to listen to them, trust them, and use them to make a very stressful process quite a bit less stressful."

"Steve and Jamie do an incredible job. Our entire team at Pacific Law Group loves working with them. Nobody is as professional and well prepared. The closings are a breeze. Above all, they are just great people and they really do take amazing care of their clients."

"One of the things that Steve was too humble to tell us initially was that he had a background as a corporate contract negotiator and is very good at it. Very good. Once we realized that Steve knew his business better than we did, we priced our house at the level that he recommended. We got three offers on the first weekend. We would have been willing to settle for a lower offer, but Steve negotiated a higher offer and saved all our furniture from having to convey in the deal. In other words, he generated his own commission. Steve and Jamie are really nice and really good at what they do. And they know and are passionate about Lake Sinclair, which is where we were selling. 5 stars only because we had no option for 6."

"A huge shout out to Steve and Jamie from the Gray Door Group Realty. They are simply the best! My house buying process from start to closing was utterly flawless and efficient. I bought a house from hundreds of miles away and can’t say enough about how smoothly things went due to their expertise.
They were always available to answer questions. Calls and texts were immediately returned and it was always clear where we were in the process. In addition to their vast experience and knowledge they genuinely care and are very supportive of their clients. You couldnt find two kinder, more patient people who sincerely want to fulfill your needs. I feel truly blessed to have had them as my agents and call them the dream team! I can’t thank them enough for helping me make my dream come true."

I was very impressed with his system and process for selling our house and the vast exposure he gave our listing. One thing that really stood out to me was how responsive and attentive Steve was. He always answered my calls and emails promptly and kept me updated on every step. He also gave me valuable advice and tips on how to prepare my home for sale and staging. I can’t thank Steve enough for his amazing work. He is truly a top-notch real estate agent who cares about his clients. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and experienced agent."
